Victor Eduardo Flores is founding President and CEO of Miami-based Summit Realty, a complete real estate service provider for South Florida and CheckOut Panama’s representative in the United States. He has extensive experience in real estate investment and consulting in various countries and has been instrumental in helping a diverse group of clients achieve their investment goals.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Flores has been a member of the senior management team of various banks and financial organizations. He has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Masters degree from Case Western Reserve University.
