This
49-story tower features two apartments per floor. The first four stories
include the lobby, game room and a social area, with a pool, gym, bar,
sauna, tennis courts and children’s area. Each apartment has three
parking spaces plus storage areas. There are two types of apartments:
Apt. Apt. Construction begins in October 2006 for an estimated delivery in June 2008.
