Alfredo Mejía is an accomplished professional with over 16 years combined experience in executive management, investment promotion, and construction project management. 

At CheckOut Panama he heads the home buying and real estate investment operation and will help you identify your ideal property or investment.

Mr. Mejia has played a prominent role in structuring and promoting investment in major economic development projects for Panama, such as the Albrook Export Processing Zone and the Panama-Pacific Special Economic Area. He was also a key member of the Advisory Committee for Panama’s City of Knowledge Technopark. Throughout his tenure across several presidential administrations in Panama, Mr. Mejia was instrumental in attracting to Panama companies such as Dell Corporation, Global Crossing, Cisco Networking Academies, Dal Masso, and ST Aerospace. 

Mr. Mejia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and an MBA with emphasis in Finance from the Universidad LatinoAmericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in Costa Rica. He is a licensed real estate agent in Panama.
