Our professional team has over 30 years experience in the areas of real estate, investment promotion, project development, and marketing and communications in Panama and the U.S., and a rich history of international travel, study, work, and living. We are completely bilingual and bi-cultural.

Alfredo Mejía heads CheckOut Panama’s real estate operations and has more than 16 years experience in investment promotion and construction project management.

Laura Flores, former Vice Minister for Foreign Trade for Panama, is our strategy and marketing expert.

Marissa Araúz and Cecilia Castro de Moreno provide CheckOut Panama’s day to day relocation support services.
